Ira and Mary Ruel Wescott Family

Ira Marvin Wescott was the fifth child and third son of Hiram Westcott and Silvia Miranda Isham.  His father died when he was just five years old.

It’s this ninth generation of American Westcotts in which the middle ‘t’ was dropped from our English surname.

Ira and Mary Ruel had three children, Eveling, Beatrice, and Herschel, who passed away at age 14.
